To request a price match refund, just email info@oneillsoil.ie including the name of the website where the product is cheaper, a screenshot of the cheaper offer (including the date and time visited), the cost of the cheaper product, your search criteria (volume of litres, delivery date, and special tanker requirements if any). Please email your name, address and contact telephone number along with your O’Neill’s Oil order confirmation number. You will receive an automated acknowledgment of your request, and we will review the details and reply to you via email within three business days.
Please note: to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price-match refund guarantee to genuine customers, the acceptance of all refund requests is ultimately at the discretion of O’Neill’s Oil , who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.

You are eligible for a price-match refund if your request meets the following conditions:
O’Neill’s Oil price match promise applies only to internet retailers that have the identical product and delivery service standards immediately available and the product and service is priced accurately.
Price match requests must be submitted within 4 hours from the time of purchase.
Please note, we do not offer the price match guarantee on Solid Fuels only Kerosene & Gas Oil.
When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:
Prices are compared on product price where comparisons include the product plus handling and delivery charges when calculating the competitor's total price.
O’Neill’s Oil price match promise does not apply when you use coupons, promotional offers or any other type of discounting on the order.
The O’Neill’s Oil price match promise is limited to up to 4 hours of confirmation of the sale of the relevant product, goods or service and must be delivered to the same address.
O’Neill’s Oil Price match promise is subject to change at any time and is only available to purchases made to companies based in Dublin or Wicklow and subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale.
